We roll up to every event like it’s the only place we want to be -- because it is. From storage to staffing, it’s our job to handle every detail.

 

Our services include:

People

Pre-event consultation prior to event, plus any required phone/email contact

Friendly, OLCC certified bartenders (number of bartenders depends on the size of your event).

Minimum 4 hours of bar service


PLACES

Up to 75 miles of travel to event location. Additional distances will be quoted individually.

Pre-event storage. Once you purchase your alcohol, we’d be happy to take it off your hands and store it until your special day.

If you have the space (12x8x8) we can fit! Indoor, outdoors, and everything in-between.


THINGS

Beautiful mobile bar with vintage charm.

Specialized menus for any type of event.

Hand-selected beer, wine, and alcohol- locally sourced whenever possible.

Barware- including glasses, straws, and napkins. All drink ware, utensils, and such are recyclable - we offer additional pricing for reusable glassware.

Handcrafted mixers, including bitters and shrubs.

Ice and fresh garnishes

Self-serve station with ice water

Complete set-up, clean-up, and pack-down of mobile bar and drink ware

Legal liability in compliance with OLCC requirements

OLCC licenses and permits

Off-grid power (fee applies)

Custom calligraphy chalkboard menus.

Additional hours of service, quoted individually. $100-$200 an hour, depending on bar selection 

Additional bar staff

Galvanized tubs for grab-and-go beer service.

Reusable, unique glassware specific for your menu

Self-serve station with tea, and/or lemonade.

Non-alcoholic drink service package. Unlimited per person, selection of 3, for $5 per person.

Champagne Toast. $2 per person
