WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN THE Tiddly Trailer DO?

 Weddings, birthday parties, showers, block parties, corporate & nonprofit events, retirement parties & festivals... basically, anywhere someone may want a drink. Whatever you dream up, we can make it happen.

Where can the Tiddly Trailer go?

Inside a warehouse, a backyard, the middle of a field, the street or any other location you can think of. If you have the room, we can fit.  The Tiddly Tailer travels up to 50 miles or 1 hour from Portland without any additional fees. We can travel anywhere in Oregon for an additional fee.

What are the dimensions of the bar?

Our bar is 14 ft long x 10 ft high x 10 ft wide

WHAT SIZE EVENTS CAN YOU HANDLE?

The Tiddly Trailer can throw a party for 1-300+ guests.

DOES THE Tiddly Trailer PROVIDE BARTENDERS?

Absolutely! The number of bartenders depends on the size of the event. Generally, there are always two awesome bartenders mixing up fresh, unique drinks.

Are your bartenders trained?

Yes! The Tiddly Tralier team is made up of certified bartenders with OLCC Alcohol Certifications.

IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?

Heck Yeah…We notify the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) of every event and pull a temporary permit each time. We take care of all the legal stuff, so you can sit back and enjoy your event.

WHAT ALCOHOL DO YOU SERVE?

Simply put, the Tiddly Trailer can serve anything your heart desires. We can be a full liquor bar or limit it to beer and wine. Everything is customizable and we can make a beverage package that is perfect for you.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE THE Tiddly Trailer?

We would love to give you a simple breakdown of the cost! However, because every event is so different, there is not one price fits all figure. We like to believe that your event is one of a kind, so in order to give you an accurate figure please look at the pricing page.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry full liquor liability and general business insurance, which we can provide any venue.

Are you equipped to serve tap beer?

Yes! We have space for either 2 full size kegs and up to 4 sixth barrel kegs.

Are there any requirements for service?

Our mobile requires flat ground for setup and service, and clear access upon set-up and break down to enter and leave the location. We need to be within 100 ft from a regular 120v electrical outlet. We begin setup 2-3 hours before the scheduled start time. We can serve on private property if allowed by the property owner.

If we want to buy our own liquor, Do you recommend a liquor store to purchase supplies for my event?

Yes, we are connected with several liquor stores in the area.

Do you service parties without alcohol?

Absolutely, we are happy to provide our mobile bar for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced-teas and coffee, milkshakes, and more.

Do you have a Rain Cancellation Policy?

Due to our advanced bookings, we cannot accommodate cancelations due to the rain. If inclement weather occurs, the host/client is responsible to supply a dry place for the trailer if the rain is anything heavier than a mist. We will not serve from the trailer if heavy rain is expected during your event. We are happy to work with your venue and a your tent vendor to find the appropriate size.

Will you serve in the rain?

We will absolutely serve at your event if you can find complete coverage for the trailer. If inclement weather occurs, the host/client is responsible to supply a dry place for the trailer if the rain is anything heavier than a mist. We will not serve from the trailer if heavy rain is expected during your event. We are happy to work with your venue and a your tent vendor to find the appropriate size. If coverage is not possible, we can serve from our satellite bar inside the event space (depending on availability).
